Work I've owned, end to end.

Each project below moves through the same loop: a business or data question, a design decision, something I built or prototyped myself, and a measured result. That loop is the point. It's how I work, not just what I shipped.

Raspberry Pi home experiment

My home is basically an ongoing product experiment.

I build personal agents for things like home management and expense tracking, and automate my home with Raspberry Pi and Home Assistant. It all starts the same way: something annoys me, I wonder if it can work differently, then I build it.

I build things I can stand behind, and I bring people along while I do it. Design, data, and code aren't separate jobs to me. They're how I get from a business question to something real.
